Massage therapy Swedish treatment

An ancient form of traditional technique that uses suction to increase blood flow to the area and help release fascial tightness and helps to breakdown adhesions beneath the surface. All this in turn helps reduce pain and promotes healing.

Massage treatment and Cupping

A luxurious massage that uses Hot stones to massage and then strategically placed over certain areas to help aid relaxation and reduce pain. This massage benefits the patients immensely by combining the therapeutic massage techniques and the warmth of hot stones to reduce the pain and tension in achy muscles, provides relaxation and promotes healing. A spa like treatment which can be used both for relaxation and pain relief.

Hot stone Massage treatment

This massage uses a variety of essential oils like Eucalyptus, Lavender, Peppermint, Rose, Lemon, Marjoram etc. for a variety of reasons including but not limited to Relaxation, refreshment, pain relief, Sleep derivation etc. One or more essential oils can be used in a single session to achieve the desired effect. Essential oil diffuser also provides an excellent addition to the treatment.

Aromatherapy/Peppermint Scalp Massage treatment

Massage has been proven to reduce the stress that every expecting mother or a new mother experiences. The massage techniques here are designed to aid relaxation, promote healing and are beneficial for overall well being of mothers.

Prenatal/Postnatal Massage Treatment

Cold stones are used with massage techniques on the neck and face. Scalp massage can also be added on. Cold causes vasoconstriction, which helps in reduced edema and makes the skin look fresh and promotes healing in the skin. Aromatherapy using essential oils can be used on the face in this treatment on request. Please note that facial massage and cold stone treatment will be for the last 15 mins of the chosen treatment time.

Mobile massage therapy Visit

Infant/kid massage helps in the feeling of calmness, improves sleep and encourages flexibility in their arms and legs. This service if for a mobile visit if you are unable to travel to clinic.  Need minimum of 2 appointments on the same date in a single visit for booking this service. Please note, this cannot be booked online. Call or text to book. This service is up to 30 min depending on kids/infants tolerance and co-operation level.
